The ball cage sorting machine adopts a dual-channel layout, and the inside of the host adopts a four-axis robot for loading and unloading. Manually place the cage on the feeding chain plate, and the cage will follow the chain plate to the feeding position. There is a material distribution device on the chain plate to ensure that the materials come one by one; material sorting and material NG product removal are carried out before reaching the loading position. (NG product removal is guaranteed to store 20 materials.) The four-axis robot grabs the holders of the two material channels to the corresponding measurement stations for measurement; the robot grabs the qualified products to the discharge chain plate, and the NG products into the NG product bin.
