SPC Function
The inspection machine analyses measured data according to SPC process control theory and provides Xbar, R control chart, Cp、Cpk,、Pp、Ppk、Cmk..etc process control parameters; counting on the total number, qualified item number, returned item number, waste product number. Monitoring the grinde capacity index in long term and short term, when the relative equipment is in “unsteady” operation, it can remind the operator and managers to adjust the equipment in time, thereby, realizing the production quality pre-control.

Machine performance
①High quality assurance: This series of inspection machines are with on line automatic sorting function, qualified products will be transfered to next process, the NG (No good)products will be eliminated and sent to NG stroage bin.
②Save manpower: This series of inspection machines can form a closed-loop with grinder, feedback and force grinder to proceed zero compensation in real time automatically; this inspection machine is necessary for “one operator manage several machines” and “Unmanned factory”.

③Realization of Pre-control production: This series of inspection machines are with SPC (process control) analysis function, it obtains the grinder long term and short term capacity index through 100% full inspection data, when the grinding equipment is in “unsteady” operation, it can remind the operator and managers to adjust the equipment in time, thereby, realizing the production quality pre-control.
