Performance overview:
Following the operator’ original working mode,no change on the bearing measuring gauge,while substitute the dial gauge be SPC unit which is consisted of HMI (Human Machine Interaction) with software and several displacement sensors.
HMI works as data handing center,displacement sensor,SPC data acquisition and conversion hardware works as sampling module.Thereby,achieving digital measurement,data acquisition and analysis as well as remote data communication at manufacturing site.Meanwhile,it can also provide Xbar-R control chart,and process control parameters such as Cp、Cpk、Pp、Ppk、Cmk..etc;
